In a 5,000 square foot mews building, once Francis Bacon's original London studio, attached to and part of the South Kensington Club amenities, modern bathhouse with Banya, Hammam, Warm and Cold Plunge Baths, a sea-water Watsu Pool, Lounge Areas, Tea Library, and 2 Private Banya Suites. Managed the design and construction, all finishes, FF&E and OS&E

A 25,000 square foot Wellness Members Club with Gym, Fitness Studios, Restaurant, Club Sitting Rooms, and Bathhouse. Directed and Managed the Project Professional Team, including: Design & Procurement Teams, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Legal, Contractors & Suppliers. A sudo ‘ClassPass for Members Clubs'.’ As a Chief of Staff, I supported development of concept & business plan, hired & directed initial team with general oversight across all departments, directed brand, market positioning & product development, led property sourcing & strategic partnerships, managed fundraising efforts, advisors and legal counsel.

Assisted in development and pre-opening for : Thompson LES (NYC), Gild Wall (NYC), 6 Columbus (NYC), Smyth Tribeca (NYC), Donovan House (DC), Thompson Toronto and Thompson Beverly Hills (LA). Created brand standards and pre-opening manual. Managed procurement, project accounting and supplier relationships. Managed operational financial reporting across portfolio and analyzed new market / development opportunities.
